This image was taken on the southern most tip on the Shetland Isles at Sumburgh Head. The Puffins here gripped to steep cliffs dotted with vibrant bunches of bright Thrift. A hardy little flower which blooms from Spring to Summer. Both bird and blossom echo similar qualities and appear and disappear at these isles around the same times of year.
All pieces are printed on Hahnemühle Photo Rag® 308gsm fine art matte paper. A white cotton artists paper featuring a soft handle, textured three dimensional appearance with perfect colour rendition and detail.
All prints will include a window mount finish to give a clean and minimal look.
