Guiding ships in long before the two piers were built the Groyne Lighthouse is still in active use today. I grew up a stones throw away from this Tyneside treasure and it’s always been a special place for me. Many sunrises later I finally managed to get this silhouetted shot with some very keen 5am fishermen on the pier.
All pieces are printed on Hahnemühle Photo Rag® 308gsm fine art matte paper. A white cotton artists paper featuring a soft handle, textured three dimensional appearance with perfect colour rendition and detail.
All prints will include a window mount finish to give a clean and minimal look.
